Nautiqus at the 6th ONE Terminal RUN Gdynia 2026
On Sunday, June 21, 2026, the Nautiqus team once again lined up at the start of the ONE Terminal RUN Gdynia. This marked the sixth edition of this unique race held within the Hutchison Ports Gdynia (GCT) container terminal. Year after year, the popularity of running through the container terminal grows, and the event has firmly established itself in the calendars of both running enthusiasts and maritime logistics professionals.
This year’s weather truly decided to test our flexibility! We started with African-style heat, only to face a thunderstorm front just moments later.
Nearly 1,000 runners took on the 1-nautical-mile and 5 km routes! Every year, ONE Terminal RUN proves that sport is the perfect way to promote health and team integration. A huge round of applause and special congratulations go to Dorota, our freight forwarder! For the fifth consecutive year, Dorota stepped onto the podium, securing 2nd place in her age category. Dorota – we are so proud of you!
ONE Terminal RUN KIDS – With the Youngest in Mind
As per tradition, the main race for adults was accompanied by an event for the youngest athletes – ONE Terminal RUN KIDS, which we are proud to sponsor. It was a wonderful opportunity for the little runners to test their strength and compete against their peers in their respective age groups.
This year, young competitors found something special from us in their race packs: limited-edition Nautiqus socks, created in collaboration with Many Mornings!
The Nautiqus Zone – Port Fun with an Educational Mission
This year, we prepared a special zone for children (and their parents) that combined fun with education:
- Maritime Obstacle Course: The legendary seahorse slalom and… high-speed container stowing against the clock! The kids got a real taste of what port logistics is all about.
- Knot Tying Workshops: We showed young sea enthusiasts how to tie knots that can securely hold any cargo.
- First Aid Workshops: Practical, hands-on learning with an expert.
- Our Zone’s Traditional Hits: Reliable temporary tattoos featuring our Nautiqus star and colorful hair braiding.
Art Contest with LEGO Prizes – Time for the Audience Choice Award!
Following tradition, we invited children aged 3–15 to participate in our art contest. The theme: the port, maritime transport, and our company mascot – the Nautiqus star. As always, the level of creativity blew us away, and the best entries will be rewarded with LEGO sets.
This year, we are introducing a NEW FEATURE: THE AUDIENCE CHOICE AWARD!
In addition to the official verdict from our jury, 5 shortlisted artworks will be featured in a special gallery on our Facebook and Instagram profiles. The entry that collects the most “hearts” from you will receive an extra, unique LEGO set. Keep an eye out for our posts and help us choose the winner!
A Purpose That Gives Meaning
We never lose sight of what matters most in this event. All proceeds from the ONE Terminal RUN entry fees have been donated to charity. We are thrilled that, as a boutique Polish freight forwarding company, we can be part of an initiative that combines healthy competition, industry integration, and real help for those who need it most.
Thank you to the organizers, to all the runners for the fantastic competition, and to the fans for cheering us on despite the crazy weather!
See you at the starting line next year!
