On June 22nd, we had the great pleasure of taking part in the fifth edition of ONE Terminal RUN Gdynia – a unique sporting event organized by Hutchison Ports Gdynia (GCT). Running through the container terminal has been gaining popularity year after year, attracting both running enthusiasts and professionals from the maritime and transport industries. And it’s easy to see why – it’s a fantastic opportunity for shared activity and team integration in a truly unique port setting.

This year, nearly 1,000 runners took on one of two race distances – 1 nautical mile and 5 kilometers. Among them were 15 members of our Nautiqus team, representing almost half of our entire crew! We’re proud to see physical activity and running become not only part of a healthy lifestyle but also a great way to strengthen our team spirit.

Special congratulations go to Dorota, our freight forwarder, who reached the podium for the fourth year in a row, taking 2nd place in her age category. Dorota – we’re so proud of you!

ONE Terminal RUN KIDS – For the Youngest Participants

As every year, the main race was accompanied by a special edition for children – ONE Terminal RUN KIDS, which we proudly sponsor. Kids had the chance to compete in various age groups, and their warm-up was led by Dżoana – a member of our Nautiqus team, and a personal trainer and fitness instructor in her free time.

Our Nautiqus zone was buzzing with energy and joy! We prepared:

• an obstacle course with prizes,
• a creative corner with coloring books and soap bubbles,
• tattoos and colorful braids.

It was a perfect opportunity for fun and bonding with the families of our employees and other participants.

Art Contest with Nautiqus’ Star

Once again, we hosted an art contest for children aged 3–15. The theme? The port, maritime transport, and our company mascot – the Nautiqus star. The creativity of the young participants amazed us, and the best entries will be rewarded with LEGO sets. The contest drew a lot of interest, and we were thrilled to see so much engagement from the kids.

Running with a Purpose

Most importantly, all proceeds from the event were donated to charity. That’s what makes this initiative even more meaningful – combining healthy competition, industry integration, and real help for those in need. We’re proud to be a part of it.

We’re already counting down the days to the next edition of ONE Terminal RUN Gdynia.
