Final of the 9th National Freight Forwarding and Logistics Olympiad – proudly supporting young industry talents!

On Friday, April 11, 2025, the final of the 9th edition of the National Freight Forwarding and Logistics Olympiad took place at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk – a prestigious event dedicated to high school students who see their future in transport, logistics, and freight forwarding. The Olympiad is organized by the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk and co-financed by the Ministry of National Education.

We were once again delighted to be part of this initiative – both as the sponsor of the main prize and as a content partner. By funding the first prize of 5,000 PLN and offering a paid internship, we are making a real impact on the development of young, ambitious professionals.

This year’s edition saw:

  • 3,941 students from 292 schools participate in the first stage,
  • 843 students from 181 schools compete in the second stage,
  • 29 top students from 25 schools across Poland qualify for the final.

The finalists faced challenging tasks prepared by experts from the Faculty of Economics. The competition was fierce, and the stakes were high – not only monetary prizes but also admission offers to the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.

This year’s winner was Aleksandra Urbala, who received the main prize and an invitation for a paid internship at Nautiqus – congratulations!

During the Olympiad final Magdalena Lepa-Roman, gave participants insight into the daily work of a freight forwarder and the challenges posed by global supply chains.

We are thrilled to see last year’s finalists continue their academic and career paths. Last year’s winner, Mateusz, completed a paid internship at Nautiqus in September. It was a fantastic collaboration – his dedication and professionalism left a strong impression on us. Although we offered him a job, Mateusz chose to pursue studies in Poznań and declined our offer. We remain in touch, and we’re happy to see him studying with passion and actively involved in two academic clubs!

We are proud to support initiatives like the Freight Forwarding and Logistics Olympiad, which promote knowledge and passion for our industry. Congratulations to all the finalists!
