Due to the fact that our system is based on UN/EDIFACT communication standard, clients receive export notifications IE599 and IE529 automatically, at the departure of a ship from a port.

We continuously are enhancing the functionality of our IT system, therefore, we are proud to present our youngest brainchild - a mobile app 'StormRates'.

  • Transport of foodstuff goods.

    We are aware of the specific requirements of individual consignments and thus our customs agents will effectively organise any customs or veterinarian clearance or any other clearance procedures required to obtain a marketing authorization for the consignment.

    We have a full range of arrangements offered by the Customs Service in cargo clearance, including fiscal and simplified clearances. We also have customs bond under the transit and marketing authorization procedure.

    We offer:

    • Road, sea and multi-modal transport.

  • Customs clearance of foodstuff.

    We offer

    • customs services for goods coming from outside of the EU;
    • customs declarations for goods in the AIS and AES electronic systems;
    • declarations for foodstuffs to the respective control authorities;
    • intermediary services in dealings with the customs authorities.

  • We offer storage services at the port warehouse next to the Gdynia's container terminals.

    SCOPE OF WAREHOUSE SERVICES:

    • storage and customs supervision/temporary storage warehouse,
    • high storage warehouse,
    • class A warehouse,
    • HACCP certificate (required for food commodities),
    • veterinary supervision,
    • heavy container handling,
    • forming/unforming of containers,
    • handling various types of packaging, including roll paper, big bags etc.
    • preparing cargo for export shipment.

    LOCATION:

    • 300 m from the container terminal in the Port of Gdynia,
    • right next to the entrance to the Kwiatkowski Estacada, which gives the possibility of quick connection
      with the Tri-City Ring Road and A1,
    • thanks to the location close to the port, there is a possibility of transshipment of heavy containers.

    SECURITY:

    • modern fire protection system,
    • 24-hour monitoring of the warehouse,
    • insurance of goods in the warehouse.
